• Consistent etiquette policies, published in the ETI training guidelines, a directory developed and permanently updated by ETI trainers, covering all seminar relevant questions.
• Joint advanced trainings at benificial group rates. These trainings take place internally and externally several times per year.

• ETI is continuously present in the media and our head office coordinates individual media interviews.
